Santa's Schedule

November 20 – December 23
Monday – Thursday 3:00pm -8:00pm
Friday – Saturday 12:00pm – 8:00pm (Break 3:00pm – 4:00pm)
Sunday 12:00pm – 7:00pm (Break 3:00pm – 4:00pm)

December 24 9:00am – 5:00pm (Break 1:00pm – 2:00pm)

Due to Covid 19, there will be changes to our operation this year to incorporate safety protocols – but our goal is still to provide your family with a wonderful experience!

Q- What are the dates and times for Santa Visits?

Q- Where is Santa Located?

A- 620 Collection Blvd., Suite 2115. Just past Ulta and Jump N’ Jammin, across from Bowlero.

Q- Is my family required to wear a mask?

A- We are following all government mandates regarding face coverings. Guests may remove them during photos with Santa

Q- May I just show up and wait in line?

A- Reservations are required. If you arrive without a reservation, the staff will do their best to book you into an open space, if available, or book you for a later day.

Q- Can I make an appointment at the set?

A-Yes, but it is best to make it online prior to coming to the set to assure a time that is convenient for you.

Q- Is there a cost to making an appointment with Santa?

A-The appointment portal requires a $20 deposit. Your deposit includes your special time with Santa and a $20 credit towards any digital photo purchase.

Q- What if I need to change my appointment after I book?

A-When you book an appointment you will create an account in the system. If you need to change your appointment, simply log into your account (click the “Existing customers click here” button) enter your email and password, and sign in. Click on the booking and “change booking” button.

Q- May I cancel my appointment?

A-There are no refunds or cancellations after you have booked your appointment or if you no-show. You will be able to log into your account and change your appointment while time slots are available.

Q- What if my child gets sick?

A-Please do not bring your child or any other family member that is showing symptoms of illness of any kind. You may log into your account and reschedule your appointment.

Q- Where do I park?

A- Closest parking lot is on Seaglass Way. Parking is also available in any of the common area lots.

Q- Are there restrooms at or near the photo area?

A- Yes, there are restrooms in between The Painted Cabernet and Jump ’N Jammin.
