Book Your Reservation with Santa

Reservations are strongly recommended – walk-ins allowed as schedule permits but cannot be guaranteed.  To book your reservation, select your preferred date and time below.

A $20 deposit is required at time of booking.  Your deposit includes your visit with Santa and a $20 credit towards your purchase of photos and/or digital download.

Tree Lighting – November 21
5:00pm – 6:30pm – Set to open for photos after until 7pm (Walk-ins only)

November 22 – December 18 (Closed Thanksgiving Day)
Monday – Thursday 11:00am – 7:00pm (Break 3:00pm – 4:00pm)
Friday – Saturday 11:00am – 8:00pm (Break 3:00pm – 4:00pm)
Sunday 11:00am – 6:00pm (Break 3:00pm – 3:30pm)

Daily 11:00am – 8:00pm (Break 3:00pm – 4:00pm)

Frequently Asked Questions

Q- Where is Santa Located?
A- Santa will be in Center Court (near Victoria’s Secret and Pandora)


Q- May I just show up and wait in line?

A- Yes. While reservations are recommended walk-ins are accepted. Please note that reservations have priority and walk-in customers will be worked into the queue as time permits. Wait times could exceed one hour.


Q- Can I make an appointment at the set?

A- Yes, but it is best to make it on line prior to coming to the set to assure a time that is convenient for you.


Q- Is there a cost to making an appointment with Santa?

A- The appointment portal requires a $20.00 deposit. Your deposit includes your special time with Santa and a $20.00 credit towards any digital photo purchase


Q- What if I need to change my appointment after I book?

A- When you book an appointment you will create an account in the system. If you need to change your appointment, simply log into your account (click the “Existing customers click here” button) enter your email and password, and sign in. Click on the booking and “change booking” button.


Q- May I cancel my appointment?

A- There are no refunds or cancellations after you have booked your appointment or if you no-show. You will be able to log into your account and change your appointment while time slots are available.


Q- What if my child gets sick?

A- Please do not bring your child or any other family member that is showing symptoms of illness of any kind. You may log into your account and reschedule your appointment.


Q- Where do I park?

A- Closest parking is the North Main entrance near Wells Fargo.
