Q: Did the Santa at Watters Creek change his location this year?

A: YES! He has relocated next to Village Burger Bar (On Garden Park Dr.).

Q: Are reservations required to visit with Santa?

A: No, they are not required but they are available for your convenience.

Q: Can I just show up and wait in a line to see Santa?

A: Yes, The reservation system is optional. We do suggest that you make a reservation to secure a spot as we get closer to Christmas. As available times to visit Santa may become limited.

Q: Is there a cost to make an appointment with Santa?

A: No, But there is the opportunity to save 20% by booking on-line prior to December 10th.

Q: What if I need to change my appointment after I book it?

A: When you book your appointment, you will create an account in the system. If you need to change your appointment, simply log into your account VIA THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL and do so. Please keep in mind that you may only rebook your appointment while time slots remain available.

Q: Can I cancel my appointment?

A: Yes, If you need to cancel your appointment time, please log in to your account and cancel your appointment while times slots are still available.Please do so at least 24 hours ahead so that other families reserve that spot

Q: What if my child gets sick?

A: If your child is sick on the day of their appointment, you should call at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment. While we cannot guarantee that we can reschedule your appointment, we will make every effort to try to accommodate you on another day. Please understand that due to the huge volume of people that wish to visit with Santa, this is a one-time option and may not be available for every day. This option should only be used if your child is truly ill.

Q: When should I arrive for my appointment?

A: We ask that families check in 5 to 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Please plan ahead and leave time to park.

Q: What if I am running late for my appointment?

A: If you are more than five minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to re-schedule your appointment for another day. Towards the end of the season, we may not be able to rebook your appointment at all. Please understand there are many people who visit Santa each year, and the appointment system relies on everyone being on time to ensure a great experience.

Q: Do I need to make an appointment for Christmas Eve this year?

A: No, visits with Santa on Christmas Eve will be first come, first served. Santa will leave promptly at 6:00pm to prepare for his big night.

Q: Can we use our personal camera or video recorder when we visit Santa?

A: Yes, the use of personal cameras and video recorders are allowed in the "selfie" areas only.

Q: Are their restrooms available at the photo set?

A: Yes, there are restrooms available.
