Q: Where is Santa's Cottage?

A: Santa's Cottage is located next to Paper Source and across from South Moon Under.

Q: Where is the best place to park for Santa's Workshop?

A: Annapolis Towne Centre provides complimentary valet just outside of Brio's and PF Chang's. Annapolis Towne Centre also has two convenient parking structures off of Harker Place.

Q: Do I need to book a reservation?

A: Although reservations are not mandatory, we highly encourage them to ensure a seamless experience. Our reservation system will help you and your family pick a preferred time. Having a reservation will also prevent you from waiting in long lines, especially during peak hours throughout the season.

Q: How do I make a reservation?

A: You can easily book your reservation to Santa's Cottage via our holiday website by selecting BOOK NOW or RESERVATIONS from the main page. Reserving your time is easy and only takes about 5 minutes to complete.

Q: How many people does a reservation accommodate?

A: Families with 5 Children or less. If you have more than 5 children in your party, you will need to create a second reservation time.

Q: I need more photo prints.

A: Need more photos of your special moment with Santa? No worries! Simply call us at 410-212-6760 and one of Santa's helpers will assist with this request! You can reach us via email at

Q: Is there a line to experience Santa's Cottage?

A: With a reservation:
Families who have a reservation are provided with a check-in time on their confirmation email. After checking-in, guests will have a small waiting window to prepare for their Santa's Cottage experience. Wait times can vary based on highly visited dates and times throughout the holiday season.

Without a reservation:
Families who have not made a reservation to Santa's Cottage can inquire about same-day availability with the check-in helper. Please be advised that walk-up guest may experience wait times up to 30 minutes or more.

Q: What is included in my reservation?

A: Your reservation includes your preferred timeslot to have your special visit with Santa! Less time waiting in line and more time enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Your $20 deposit will be applied towards photos or digital download purchase at Santa’s Cottage.

Q: What is your rescheduling policy?

A: If you are unable to make it to your original reservation time, simply log back into your profile page using your username and password and select a new available date/time from the calendar.

Q: Running late to your reservation

A: If you are running late to your reservation time, please give us a call at 410-212-6760. We highly encourage that you arrive to Annapolis Towne Centre at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation to accommodate for traffic and parking.

Q: When should I arrive for my appointment?

A: Please plan to arrive to Annapolis Towne Centre at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation in order to accommodate parking traffic. Once on property, we recommend that you check-in at Santa's Cottage at least 5 minutes before your reservation.

Q: Is personal photography allowed?

A: While there are a few selfie moments throughout your journey and we welcome the use of photography in those designated areas, photography within Santa's study is strictly prohibited. We greatly appreciate your cooperation.

Q: Are reservations available Christmas Eve?

A: Reservations will be available daily from November 23 - December 23.

Reservations or rescheduling times will not be available on December 24th. However families are welcome to visit on a first come first served basis on December 24th, 9 am-4 pm. Please be advised that the walk-up line cutoff will be at 2 pm.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: In order to qualify for a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours of your reservation time. For additional information regarding the refund policy, please contact our Santa's Cottage set at 800-210-7698 x101

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We understand that things come up and in the event that you are no longer able to visits Santa’s Cottage and need to cancel your reservation, please be sure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be ineligible for a full refund.

Q: Can I get prints after the holidays?

A: If you need additional pictures after Santa has returned to the North Pole (and did not purchase a digital download) simply call us at 1 800-210-7698 x101 or email us at to request additional prints.

Q: Can I add additional guests to my reservation?

A: Yes you can add up to a total of 5 children. If you exceed 5 Children you will need to make additional reservation.
