Due to Covid 19, there will be changes to our operation this year to incorporate safety protocols – but our goal is still to provide your family with a wonderful experience!


Q- What are the dates and times for Santa Visits?

A- See calendar above


Q- Where is Santa Located?

A- Suite 1010, next to Hemline.


Q- Is my family required to wear a mask?

A- Masks are encouraged for non-vaccinated customers.


Q- May I just show up and wait in line?

A- Reservations are required. If you arrive without a reservation, the staff will do their best to book you into an open space, if available, or book you for a later day.


Q- Can I make an appointment at the set?

A-Yes, but it is best to make it online prior to coming to the set to assure a time that is convenient for you.


Q- Is there a cost to making an appointment with Santa?

A-The appointment includes your visit with Santa and a Digital Download of all your images. Book your day of visit on or before December 2nd for $35.00. Bookings for visits December 3rd – 24th will be $40. Additional prints will be available for purchase at the Santa set.


Q- What if I need to change my appointment after I book?

A-When you book an appointment you will create an account in the system. If you need to change your appointment, simply log into your account (click the “Existing customers click here” button) enter your email and password, and sign in. Click on the booking and “change booking” button.


Q- May I cancel my appointment?

A-There are no refunds or cancellations after you have booked your appointment or if you no-show. You will be able to log into your account and change your appointment while time slots are available.


Q- What if my child gets sick?

A-Please do not bring your child or any other family member that is showing symptoms of illness of any kind. You may log into your account and reschedule your appointment.


Q- Where do I park?

A- There is premium metered parking in front of the suite or free parking in the parking lot next to Chipotle.


Q- Are there restrooms at or near the photo area?

A- Nearest restrooms are located between Starbucks and Potbelly.
