Q: What is the wishlist and do I need to write one before my visit?

A: The wishlist is a new and exciting interactive opportunity for you to let Santa know what your child(ren) want for this Holiday season! Writing out your child's wishlist prior to your visit will help Santa and his helpers create a truly magical and unforgettable experience.

Q: Where is the best place to park for Santaland?

A: The most convenient parking garage to Santaland is the Blue Garage located next to Banana Republic on the corner of I-635 and Dallas North Tollway. In addition to self park, valet parking is available at the main entrance in front of The Grill on the Alley. Valet parking is $7 for the day.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: In order to qualify for a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours of your reservation time. For additional information regarding the refund policy, please contact our Santaland set at 972-898-8809.

Q: Do I need to book a reservation?

A: Although reservations are not mandatory, we highly encourage them to ensure a seamless experience. Our reservation system will help you and your family pick a preferred time, so that all you have to do while at Santaland is enjoy! Having a reservation will also prevent you from waiting in long lines, especially during peak hours throughout the season.

Q: What is included in my reservation?

A: Your reservation includes your preferred timeslot, A $20 credit applied towards photos or digital downloads at Santaland and an opportunity to create a personalized experience.

Q: How much are your photo packages?

A: Photo packages range from $25-$40.

Q: What is your rescheduling policy?

A: If you are unable to make it to your original reservation time, simply log back into your profile page, using your username and password, and select a new availbale date/time from the calendar.
We kindly request that all rescheduling is done at least 24 hours prior to your original scheduled reservation.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We understand that things come up and in the event that you are no longer unable to visit Santaland and need to cancel your reservation, please be sure to cancel at least least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be ineligible for a full refund.

Q: My digital download isn't working, what should I do?

A: If you are expereincing issues with your digital download link please call us at 972-898-8809 or send us an email to info@ameventphotos.com.

Q: I need more photo prints.

A: Didn't get enough photos of your special moment with Santa? No worries! Simply call us at 972-898-8809 and one of our Santaland helpers will be able to help with this request! You can reach us via email at info@ameventphotos.com.
In order to expediate this request, please have or include your reservation confirmation number and package details available.

A: Santaland is located on level 1 next to Banana Republic

Q: Running late to your reservation

A: If you are running late to your reservation time, please give us a call at 972-898-8809. We highly encourgae that you arrive to Galleria Dallas at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation in order to accommodate shopping center and parking traffic

Q: Is there a restroom inside the set?

A: Although there isn't a restroom inside of Santaland, there are restroom facilities on the third level next to Old Navy - just 2 floors above Santaland.

Q: Can I get additioal prints after the holidays?

A: If you need additional pictures after Santa has gone back to the North Pole simply call us at 1(800)210-7698 ext 101 or email us at info@ameventphotos.com to request additional prints.

Q: Is this a kid friendly environment?

A: Santaland is a family friendly environment and we ask that all guests conduct themselves in a respectful way in accordance with Galleria Dallas House Rules along with all laws and local ordinances. View Galleria Dallas house rules here.

Q: When should I arrive for my appointment?

A: Please plan to arrive to Galleria Dallas at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation in order to accommodate shopping center and parking traffic. Once on property, we recommend that you check in at Santaland at least 5 minutes before your reservation.
Please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes behind schedule, you may lose your reservation time and may need to reschedule.

Q: Are reservations available Christmas Eve?

A: Reservations will be available between Nov 15-Dec 23. Reservations or rescheduling times will not be available on Dec 24th . However families are welcome to visit on a first come first served basis on Dec 24th 9am-4pm. Please be advised that the walk up line cutoff will be 3pm.

Q: Is personal photography allowed?

A: While there are a few selfie moments throughout your journey and we welcome the use of photography in those designated areas, photography inside of Santa's study is strictly prohibited. We greatly appreciate your cooperation.

Q: Are strollers allowed in the house?

A: Due to limited space inside of Santaland, strollers will not be allowed inside. There will be a designated stroller parking area just outside Santaland where you can leave your stroller. Please look for the sign indicating where to leave your parked stroller or ask one of Santa's helpers for assistance!

Q: How many people does a reservation accommodate?

A: Santaland reservations via online booking can accommodate up to 5 children per reservation. If your party is larger than 5 children, please contact 972-898-8809 to allow us to find a slot that can accommodate your party.

Q: Is there a line to experience Santaland?

A: With a reservation:
Families who have a reservation are provided with a check-in time on their confirmation email. After checking-in, guests will have a small waiting window to prepare for their Santaland experience. Wait times can vary based on highly visited dates and times throughout the holiday season.

Without a reservation:
Families who have not made a reservation to Santaland, can inquire about same day availability with the check-in elf. Please be advised that walk up guest may experience wait times up to 30 minutes or more.

Q: How do I make a reservation?

A: Simply enter the number of Children in your party and your preferred time. We ask you to include their name(s) and what they would like for Christmas. Reserving a time is easy and only takes about 5 minutes.

Q: Can I add additional guests to my reservation?

A: Additional guests cannot be added through the website once a reservation has been booked. If you need to add more guests to your reservation, please call us at 972-898-8809 at least 48 hours prior to reservation. Please be advised that your original reservation time may not be available to acommodate your new party size; In the event that this happens we will do our best to get you the next available reservation time.
