Q: Why are visits with Santa at Town Square by appointment only this year?

A : The appointment scheduler reduces the wait time and is the best way to offer a relaxed stress-free experience for all visitors.

Q: Can I just show up and wait in line to see Santa?

A: No, all visits with Santa are by appointment only for 2018.

Q: Can I make an appointment at the photo set?

A: Yes, if you arrive without an appointment, the staff will assist you in scheduling an appointment. Please be aware it may not be that same day.

Q: Is there a cost to make an appointment with Santa?

A: A $20 deposit is required when you book your appointment. Your deposit includes your visit with Santa and $20 credit towards photos or digital download purchased at the photo set. There is no cash back at the set.

Q: What if I need to change my appointment after I book it?

A: When you book your appointment you will create an account in the system. If you need to change your appointment, simply “Sign in” to your account by clicking the link in your confirmation email or clink the sign in button on the scheduler and enter your email address and password. You then click on the link “Customer Area” at the bottom of the page.

Q: Can I cancel my appointment?

A: Yes, but there are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If you need to change your appointment time, please log in to your account and change your appointment while times are still available. Do not cancel then rebook a new appointment because you will have to pay again. We cannot transfer payments.

Q: What if my child gets sick?

A: If your child gets sick the day of the appointment, you should call 800-210-7698 x101 at least 2 hours prior to. Your scheduled appointment. While we cannot guarantee we can reschedule your appointment, we will. Make every effort to try to accommodate you on another day.

Q: When should I arrive for my appointment.

A: Please check in 5 to 10 minutes early not much more than that since the staff will be working with other families with an earlier appointment time. Plan ahead and leave time for parking.

Q: What if I am running late for my appointment?

A: If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another day. We will do our best to accommodate. As we get closer to Christmas we may not be able to get you in or rebook you.

Q: What hours is Santa available for visits?

A: Santa’s 2018 hours are:
November 17 – December 7
Monday-Saturday 11am-8pm (Break 1:00-1:30)
Sunday: 11am-7pm (Break 2ppm-3pm)
December 8- 23
Daily: 10am – 9pm (Breaks 1:00-1:30, 5:00-6:00)
December 24*
9:00am-6:00pm (Break 1:00-2:00)
*No appointments. Walk up only!

Q: Do I need to make an appointment for Christmas Eve this year?

A: NO, visits with Santa will be on a first come first served. Santa will leave promptly at 6pm on Christmas Eve. He has a big night ahead of him.

Q: Can pets visit Santa?

A: Yes, every Wednesday is Pause and Claws Pet Photo Day. An appointment is still required. We ask that you limit your pet photos to well behaved, leashed people friendly pets.

Q: Are there restrooms available at the Santa set?

A: No, however there are restrooms close to Santa’s house.
