Frequently Asked Questions

Q- Where is Santa Located?
A- Santa is located on the first floor inside the former J.Crew space near the mall’s main entrance by Cosmic Golf. Be on the lookout for signage once inside the mall to direct you to Santa’s Workshop


Q- May I just show up and wait in line?

A- Yes. While reservations are recommended walk-ins are accepted. Please note that reservations have priority and walk-in customers will be worked into the queue as time permits. Wait times could exceed one hour.


Q- Can I make an appointment at the set?

A- Yes, but it is best to make it online prior to coming to the set to assure a time that is convenient for you. You can also book an appointment with North Point’s concierge team by the mall’s main entrance.


Q- Is there a cost to making an appointment with Santa?

A- While there is no cost to securing an appointment with Santa, the portal requires a $20.00 deposit that is applied towards any photo and/or digital photo purchase.


Q- What if I need to change my appointment after I book?

A- When you book an appointment you will create an account in the system. If you need to change your appointment, simply log into your account (click the “Existing customers click here” button) enter your email and password, and sign in. Click on the booking and “change booking” button.


Q- May I cancel my appointment?

A- You may cancel your appointment at any time but please note that we are not able to refund you the appointment deposit for cancelations or no-shows. If your original date no longer works for you and your family, you can always log into your account and change your appointment time or date. Availability throughout the season is on a first come first served.


Q- What if my child gets sick?

A- For the safety of our staff and other guests we ask that you do not bring your child or any other family member that is showing symptoms of illness of any kind. You may log into your account and reschedule your appointment.


Q- Where do I park?

A- Parking is conveniently located near the mall main entrance by Cosmic Golf, the former American Girl space.
